I'm very happy with the protection plans, and it's great to have them.

If, you are planning on buying anything in the store that offers the Best Buy Protection- I would encourage you all to get it. Once, you do the yearly subscription, all of your products are covered that offers the protection warranty. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE IN KNOWING YOU ARE PROTECTED.. Smart choice.

Having the protection package is a nice comforting thought, because i don't have to worry about problems or extra costs during the coverage.

I am equally pleased with Bestbuy's protection plan as I am disappointed in TV manufacturers. Can't seem to find a ginormous TV (75" or larger) that lasts even three years without encountering problems. I highly recommend getting some lengthy protection plan unless you're at peace with spending $1500+ every two or three years when your TV encounters problems.

Have found it to be a great for peace of mind when it comes to support and extra savings that get bundled with this package.

Great picture. This replaced our 2021 version (Kids broke screen). :( The picture looks slightly better, but its hard to tell when they both look so great. Does dark scenes way better than our 2022 LG miniQLED. 100% recommend. Remote is small and easy to lose. Not going to knock a star for that, but would take off 0.25 stars if i could.

For 200 a year it works when they can get the parts and itl take emm a week to come out to check what parts they need and another week to get the parts unless the swap the tv for another one assuming customer service knows what there talking its pretty good

A really fantastic warranty... if i ever need it... im covered

We are so glad we purchased TotalTech. We needed the service twice so far this year, once to set up a 85” TV and the stand and another time to set up a printer. The service was great both times. In addition, a discount was given on the microwave we purchased. This is happened over five month period this year. TotalTech is definitely worth purchasing.
