Honestly, getting the Best Buy protection is the smartest decision that you can make because something could go wrong with ANYTHING. A little pricey in our current Weekend at Bernie's economy, but worth it if anything glitches or breaks down on you.

Outstanding support and peice of mind. I've found the warranty the smartest thing to protect my purchases. I havent been let diwn yet. Remember to print and jeep this warranty clise to the product fir ease of use and abikity to locate it.

Our first TV buy since 1994 Pioneer Elite... Love this new QLED 8k future proof and the Atmos sound system that pairs so well with it. Choose QLED over OLED as fits our needs better (not gamers, TV on for long periods of time and use trip photos that might cause burn in). Blacks look good, not as perfect light absence as OLED but works great with our glarry room.

I’ve had total tech for over 5yrs, it will pay for itself in the long run.

Extraordinary image. The AI adaptation makes watching movies and shows an immersive experience. The best TV I have ever purchased.

So far i havent had to use the warranty, and i hope to never use it ..but if i do ..i just hipe its a easy solution. The way i was told it works ...we will see

Can’t beat the free two year protection being a member. Love this option since I used to have to decide what level of protection I was going to purchase. Also, I have never had any issues with returning or replacing a product under the protection. Great service and love the way they honor this protection.

We purchased this soundbar at the same time as our 77” Samsung OLED tv and we love it! Only difference we wish we made was purchasing more speakers! Sounds and feels like you’re at the movies. Would recommend!

Have not had to use the Protection part yet. Coverage seems very good for price. Membership is nice for knowing upcoming sales that one may not see any other way. Gives me piece of mind, will see how it is when it comes to the protection coverage.

Best Buy support is the best in the industry currently, and their TotalTech package is far superior to any warranty program. For a flat yearly fee, you get warranty and support for anything you purchase from BestBuy. Just think about how awesome that is for a second. Plus, no restocking fees!

Excellent value and great added value product to purchase

Just renewed my protection plan. Great to have especially if you purchase gifts for your family members. Grandson recently brought back his Christmas gift and asked if there was a chance I had a protection plan on the item I had given him for Christmas. I did, and I was able to returned it and get a replacement for it. No hassle!

The renewal of the buyer protection plan for large items is a MUST! Best Buys plans are an exceptional value and provide much needed support if it becomes necessary after the standard warranty period expires. Well worth the low price!

Best display on the market for the price, and I had it delivered and setup by Best Buy , the techs were outstanding and very professional

Being a total tag number has his pros and cons. Pros: you can protect all devices that offer a warranty up to two years, Without having to purchase individual warranties that can become costly overtime. Cons: they only are protected for two years. So, if you’re looking to protect a costly item such as appliances, TVs, etc. etc. you might want to purchase a long term Warranty separately from your Total Tech Membership.

The plan is worth the cost and It is hassle free...

Some say to not purchase the extra coverage and sometimes we don’t. Others say the coverage is worth the cost. We did purchase with these new TVs and we are glad we did. Am happy with the reassurance we have with these products. Fingers crossed I won’t need to use it …covered if we do so it’s all good!
