it's great to have piece of mind over my electronics if something breaks, they will fix or replace it. Lump all purchased into one agreement so I don't have to hunt down the purchase to see if it has a warranty or not.

Outstanding support and peice of mind. I've found the warranty the smartest thing to protect my purchases. I havent been let diwn yet. Remember to print and jeep this warranty clise to the product fir ease of use and abikity to locate it.

Awesome tv and awesome price the refresh rate makes watching sporting events more seamless. The picture quality is very vibrant and crisp.

We have the Best Buy protection on our appliances and tech. We had to use it on a computer tablet when I dropped it and it had to be replaced.

I had a very recent experience in trying to have my dryer repaired. Took about two months with multiple “customer service” calls which was terrible and did not deliver on promises made to repair my vad experience. Other than this experience with smaller apliances , I never had any issues with repairs or exchanged a breeze. But that dryer experience was very bad.

Some say to not purchase the extra coverage and sometimes we don’t. Others say the coverage is worth the cost. We did purchase with these new TVs and we are glad we did. Am happy with the reassurance we have with these products. Fingers crossed I won’t need to use it …covered if we do so it’s all good!

Have not had to use the Protection part yet. Coverage seems very good for price. Membership is nice for knowing upcoming sales that one may not see any other way. Gives me piece of mind, will see how it is when it comes to the protection coverage.

I purchased the Best Buy Protection for a very expensive Electric Toothbrush, I always purchase protection for expensive things like electronic things. When the toothbrush stopped working, I took it back to Best Buy and they replaced it, as it had been in the 24 month period of the Best Buy Protection.

if you do not have it (money) in the beginning then this is a great plan to get the product you want

Best Buy Geek Squad created a custom, video and sound experience! for us The new LG OLED 65" Class (G3 Series- 4K- UHD wall mounted TV is superion, for sure. In addition, our new MartinLogan sound is fantastic. Best Buy's Customer service is second to none! The Protection Warranty is a great product.

First bought best buy Total Tech last December and bought several items at best buy since. Each item has been covered by total tech. They remind me with an email after every purchase. Great Job Best Buy now I'm totally confident when shopping there that they have my back shou any thing go wrong.

The renewal of the buyer protection plan for large items is a MUST! Best Buys plans are an exceptional value and provide much needed support if it becomes necessary after the standard warranty period expires. Well worth the low price!

Since I buy all of my electronics from Best Buy this is worth it. Especially for the installations, some items come with free installation with this package.
