We purchased the Best Buy Tech plan, and are extremely happy that we did. We moved into a new home, and the tech people came out and set up all of our TV's. It would have taken us 5 times the amount of time to install everything. We also are very happy to get the additional warranty with our purchases. It is a great program and we would highly recommend it.

We purchased this soundbar at the same time as our 77” Samsung OLED tv and we love it! Only difference we wish we made was purchasing more speakers! Sounds and feels like you’re at the movies. Would recommend!

Honestly, this is the best decision you can make when buying anything. Murphy's Law says whatever can go wrong, will go wrong. Keeping that in mind, why not add protection?

I HIGHLY RECCOMENT THIS TV! ITS LIKE BEING IN THE MOVIE THEATRE, THE PICTURE IS AMAZING AND IT FITS PERFECTLY ON OUR HUGE WALL. THE ONLY THING I DON'T RECCOMEND IS PUTTING THE SOUND BAR ATTACHED TO THE BOTTOM OF THE TV, ITS NOT SECURE. BEST BUY EVER!!!!

This is a good thing to have when you want to protect your stuff and have a piece of mind.

You cant go wrong with buying the membership through best buy. Prices are always comparable to competitors and then add what you would pay for a 2 year protection plan. It will always be less on the total at Best buy.

BestBuy Protection is the best! My LG OLED 55" TV had permanent news banners burned into my screen. Reported it to the Geek Squad, who determined after running tests, that it was nothing they could do to remove the burn-in. Due to my Protection Plan, they replaced my TV with a New LG OLED 65" TV & mounted it at no cost to me.

Another wonderfull option offered by Best Buy, covers all purchases under store warranty without haveing to add costly extended warranty every time you purchase an item, it's blanket coverage for all purchases, much more affordable than purchasing extended warranty everytime you purchase a product.

The picture is great I purchased the 65 inch S95C and exchanged it for a 77 inch S90D. The picture of the S90D is great. It is bright and the details Are outstanding

The store manager in St Matthews made the return very challenging… as a total member he informed me even though the TV arrived damaged I would be limited on returning it even though it was obviously damaged. He eventually returned it and I filled a complaint to corporate which they have yet to respond, I see NO WHERE that you are limited on returning defective products to Best Buy within the return window. Hope others have a better experience than I did Hopefully Best Buy will do better at training managers to represent them at store level

My new Samsung is remarkable. IT is installed in an enclosed but open to weather room. It allows me to swim and watch the news and other tv while exercising and relaxing. I love it.

Amazing deal. I can use qeek Squad with all my electronic equipment even if I purchased the item somewhere else they can check it for me free of charge. I also love the two year warranty on all my purchases and you get other discounts when you subscribe.
