    I have purchased bestbuy tech support for years now since I bought my laptop from there. I was very surprised that it covered any other item purchased. I had delivery and install for free since this was a service I was already paying for. The guy who came and mounted the TV for us was very knowledgeable and took time to show me some features

    Being a Total Tech member has it's perks. Most companies want to sell you an extended warranty for up to $15 a month. With Total membership 24 month warranty is free on most electronics, appliances, Etc. Awesome deal!

    We love our 77” Sony OLED flatscreen. I always had difficulty with the glare on our previous tv screen, but not anymore! Beautiful picture and colors.

    I haven't really been able to use this as planned. Every time i try to with a product, I'm told to go through the products manufacturer. That kind of makes me feel like whats the point of tjis then. But I imagine i could need it eventually.
