We have never had issues with our tv, but wanted to make sure we were covered for any possible issues.

This is the best TV. It works so much better ion a room that has a lot of light than led types which also can’t be seen from the side. However this OLE D TV can be viewed easily from the side. It had a great picture. I Love it!

Best Buy’s new warranty plan is the best there is anywhere! For $200 bucks a year, everything you purchase is under warranty for up to sixty days! I bought it with my new Sony OLED which TV’s are covered for the first two years only provided you auto renew your Best Buy total tech plan.

What does accidental damage means ? Doe it clariefied there or during your purchase sales man tells you what BB gig covers and what need to add on in case??? If your tv screen display got damage accidentally in home due to handling moving around and the damage, the tech will come and inspect and take a pictures put in their app and says its auto system tells its more physical damage ! If thats sense then is it not accidental damage ? Who wants to damage your big screen tv ? So theres big question to get right protection to word accidental damage covers or not ! Best buy should provide proper training to sales man during purchase about all protection condition and should cover the loss if happens accidentally. If they covers my loss happened due to handling i would come here again and will post yes , stay tune lets write the review with real examples

I did not have to use the BB protection. As far as the TV itself, purchase and delivery/in-home install services - all positive experiences. I am satisfied at the end and enjoy the new TV.

Always feel better with the protection plan just in case anything should go wrong.It is more financially prudent to have the protection plan than to have to replace the items myself. Great form of insurance!

I love my TotalTech. I've had 2-85" TVs installed under the plan, have had all date/documents transferred from my old phone to my new one and data from my old laptop transferred to my new Lenova All-In-One Touch Screen computer. Everything was covered under the plan. It is well worth the cost!

So worth it! It is what keeps me coming back to Best Buy- saved me many times
