Love the extra protection, it’s great that they offer this for customers.

Because I am a TotalTech member, I receive free monthly BestBuy protection. This makes me feel more comfortable that my equipment is covered at no additional charge. This coverage is for anything and is much better than the manufacturer warranty.

Definatemy buy from Best Buy. There protection plans are the real deal and the cystomer servuce has always been excellent in a world where most companies leave you hanging!

We love the new TV, although it seems to take a little longer for the picture to open, and 4K viewing is not available on all channels. It forced us to investigate YouTube and we discovered a whole new world of free TV offerings. Best Buy installation team was on time and coordinated the installation efficiently.

The installers came in and set it up promptly, they listened to me on the particulars of the setup except that they wouldnt let me help. I wanted them to just unbox it and plug it in and leave it on the floor and i would do the rest, but they insisted that they were delighted to do everything for me and that I just sit back and relax and let them handle it. I appreciated that!

why do you need this? im never only for getting the additional warranty -extra charge. but this extends warrantys as part of its perks. i just bought a washer n dryer and 77in tv and the membership paid for itself! and getting my class phone cover put on for free is a bonus i love!

The Best Buy warrantee is the best. We have had the opportunity to us it several times and there is absolutely no hassle. Would purchase an expensive product without it.

This service is great if things go wrong. I purchased a dishwasher awhile back and am now my third service call. They're very helpful and were able to get a factory repair technician to my house within a couple of days. When I've needed service, they've always been prompt to respond and cover the costs.

It was a greatt buy when the screen is well beyond average tv and the store was organized when i paid on line and went to pick it up
