It's a great deal and piece of mind to have protection from a local team to beable to call on. Especially when the item is huge (75" HDTV) that's over 100 lbs hung up on the wall and might some day need help?

The Best Buy warrantee is the best. We have had the opportunity to us it several times and there is absolutely no hassle. Would purchase an expensive product without it.

Protection plan is great and adds immense value to the life of products

So glad we got the protection, now our purchases are worry free. They came out and fixed our problem and everything is working great now. We love, love, love or fridge. It has two different ice sizes with scoops on top of each tray, and a filtered water jug, that stays full all the time. Best Refrigerator we have ever had.

We have never had issues with our tv, but wanted to make sure we were covered for any possible issues.

Excellent surround sound system. Easy to install and connect to TV. The system give you that theater surround sound when watching movies. I highly recommend this surround sound system.

Being a Total Tech member has paid for its self in the 24 month protection plans.

There is nothing than can beat a “rest of mind” especially after such a large purchase like the LG C2 83” Oled TV and the Klipsch RP 14” Subwoofer. Knowing that these purchases are under monthly protection is no brainer!

As mentioned earlier, these have more features then other ones I reviewed. Which I was looking for.

It was a greatt buy when the screen is well beyond average tv and the store was organized when i paid on line and went to pick it up

It's good to have extra protection. You do have to continue to pay every year or your 24 month protection isn't 24 months. I consider it a bonus anyway. I have the tech plan for the delivery and installation and help with my computer.

I really like this added protection plan to all items that I purchase at Best Buy. I have had the Total Tech support since it first became available and I have definitely gotten my moneys worth. If you shop at BB a lot, then this is definitely worth it.
