Cant beat protection coverage from Best Buy and it covers all your products

To be able to cover everything I buy with one yearly amount is really good. I have had success with GeekSquad coverage in the past, and I am very happy with this. It also allows me to buy all my electronics in one place and get all the points for the purchases as well.

So glad we got the protection, now our purchases are worry free. They came out and fixed our problem and everything is working great now. We love, love, love or fridge. It has two different ice sizes with scoops on top of each tray, and a filtered water jug, that stays full all the time. Best Refrigerator we have ever had.

Excellent surround sound system. Easy to install and connect to TV. The system give you that theater surround sound when watching movies. I highly recommend this surround sound system.

The Geek Tec quickly found the problem, which was an add-on wireless headset; The geeks made a new appointment, delivered, and hooked up a new headset. No labor charge.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from the Geek Squad staff at the Decatur store in Northern Las Vegas. As a member for nearly four years, I expected more support, especially when I needed help setting up my TV. Being a disabled veteran, I was hoping for a more accommodating approach, yet nobody was willing to assist me with the adjustments. It’s disheartening to feel that my membership offers little value. The customer service lacked empathy and understanding, with every request seemingly met with a $200 setup fee. This feels unacceptable for someone who has been a loyal member yet seldom utilized the benefits. I attempted to seek price matching, but neither the employees nor the manager were willing to accommodate my request. This has undoubtedly been my worst experience with Best Buy. As a result, I canceled my order and am now hesitant to return to the store, as I feel it offers no support or flexibility. It’s frustrating to see that my membership fee of $189 is taken without demonstrating any meaningful value. The experience lacks warmth, empathy, and proper customer service compared to what I’ve experienced in the past. I fondly remember when Jeremy, the previous manager, ran the store. I just wish the current staff could bring back that level of customer care and support.

Best Buy Monthly Protection Plan is worth the peace of mind.

There is nothing than can beat a “rest of mind” especially after such a large purchase like the LG C2 83” Oled TV and the Klipsch RP 14” Subwoofer. Knowing that these purchases are under monthly protection is no brainer!

Fantastic picture quality and colors. Very vibrate and awesome to play games on. Upgraded from a QLED Samsung Q80T and a pretty large improvement across the board on everything.
