    It's good to have extra protection. You do have to continue to pay every year or your 24 month protection isn't 24 months. I consider it a bonus anyway. I have the tech plan for the delivery and installation and help with my computer.

    Best Buy protection is no joke. It has saved me a few times from over paying. I get it through the membership. Definitely worth the investment if you shop Best Buy quite a bit.

    Absolutely worth the money! I purchased an 8k 65'' tv and suddenly it needed to be replaced... Best Buy Protection came through!! I put Best Buy Protection on everything.

    I really like this added protection plan to all items that I purchase at Best Buy. I have had the Total Tech support since it first became available and I have definitely gotten my moneys worth. If you shop at BB a lot, then this is definitely worth it.

    We got this protection plan for $199 with our TV. The protection plan added and extra year of protection on the TV and TV mounting was free (typically costs $300). So, this protection plan was well worth it.

    While it seems like $200 is a lot of money, I had 3 visits from the Geek squad in 3 weeks to install, set-up our tv, add a ROKU training session and get my laptop virus free. It didn't matter where i purchased the laptop, they fixed it.
