The Geek Tec quickly found the problem, which was an add-on wireless headset; The geeks made a new appointment, delivered, and hooked up a new headset. No labor charge.

Fantastic picture quality and colors. Very vibrate and awesome to play games on. Upgraded from a QLED Samsung Q80T and a pretty large improvement across the board on everything.

Wonderful TV with limited audio outputs. I and the Geek squad technicians who came to install the set did not know that the only digital audio output is the optical out. I had to buy a powered optical splitter to connect my sound bar and hearing aid link. There is no HTML output.

While it seems like $200 is a lot of money, I had 3 visits from the Geek squad in 3 weeks to install, set-up our tv, add a ROKU training session and get my laptop virus free. It didn't matter where i purchased the laptop, they fixed it.

BB protection is well worth the monthly payment. I have used the protection once and it saved me $1300.00! BB stands behind their products.

It's nice to know that Best Buy will fix things if your item breaks. You used to have to pay for it and then you were gambling that your item was going break in two years, but now it's free with Total Tech Support so you don't feel like you wasted your money if your item didn't break.

We got this protection plan for $199 with our TV. The protection plan added and extra year of protection on the TV and TV mounting was free (typically costs $300). So, this protection plan was well worth it.
