I got this protection because it seemed like a good deal...set up for free PLUS purchase protection. So far I'm happy with it. There was confusion on what services were free, but the associate's were great and honored what they offered / what I understood the service to be.

Cant beat protection coverage from Best Buy and it covers all your products

Best Buy protection plan is well worth the price. Easily paid for itself as one of my products went on sale and the extra days of price matched saved me money!

I wasn’t going to spend a lot on a new tv since they are changing so fast but when I compared pictures of this tv to others their just couldn’t compare with the quality of picture.

Luckily, I have not had a chance to use their service other than to have my 65" Sony Oled TV installed. But their service at the time was excellent. When I read about the problems some people were having with their Oleds, I purchased the plan (I usually never do as the products bought previously would work well).I guess it is something to think about if you purchase from Best Buy and what the product was cost wise.
