I'm truly enjoying this TV. My previous was a Sony 1080 purchased 15 years ago. It was working great but technology has come a long long way. Money well spent.

I got this protection because it seemed like a good deal...set up for free PLUS purchase protection. So far I'm happy with it. There was confusion on what services were free, but the associate's were great and honored what they offered / what I understood the service to be.

Its well worth the money, but made me very upset, u took away the install included in my total tec!!!

Having the protection plan is a must have for piece of mind on purchases. We buy alot from bestbuy and having the protection is a must!

I love the freedom to not be as worried if something happens.

2 year protection included with Total Care membership. Worth the few bucks. I've had a couple issues with electronics and phones and there is never any hassle getting repairs/replacements.

Luckily, I have not had a chance to use their service other than to have my 65" Sony Oled TV installed. But their service at the time was excellent. When I read about the problems some people were having with their Oleds, I purchased the plan (I usually never do as the products bought previously would work well).I guess it is something to think about if you purchase from Best Buy and what the product was cost wise.
