Hopefully I won't have to use it. However, if I do, I have total confidence in Best Buy as it always has good customer services. I had great experiences before whenever there are problems, best buy always solved them to my satisfaction.

Great program/idea that Best Buy is rolling out. Not sure on the exact logistics as of yet, but getting to protect your TV installations and/or replacements as indicated is nice to be able to rely on for a competitive price.

I was debating on purchasing this. Worth every penny. No regrets. Great value. You just never know.

Best thing to buy if you like tech or have kids. So many benefits, and coupled with the BB credit card it gets too easy to spend. Plus they price match mannnnyyy legit sites.

Why not get protection when you spend so much money

Size color and clarity are greed on this TV. I was kind of worried with it being as big as it is that it would lose it sharpness, but it did not.

Great Value and need. Bought Protection plan and had to replace old Samsung tv, wa able to pay difference and get the TV we wanted .

In the month and a half that I’ve had the total tech membership I received over $6000 in purchases had them hang an 85 inch TV on my wall and 265 inch TVs at no extra cost.

We love our protection plan. We have used it on a few different occasions and it makes repairs and service calls much faster and cheaper

Great tv and it works so nice. Clear image in our really bright room. Nice install job and they were done fast.
