    Hopefully I won't have to use it. However, if I do, I have total confidence in Best Buy as it always has good customer services. I had great experiences before whenever there are problems, best buy always solved them to my satisfaction.

    I know lots of people don't want to pay the extra to protect their purchase but I highly recommend Total Tech. Covers installations and consultations on all your in-home tech.

    Nice to have this included with my tech membership! One of many benefits of being a tech member. I did have one thing that was defective and it was promptly replaced at the store!

    The manufacturer warranty is fine, but for a little extra you can’t beat the TWO year offered through Best Buy.
