I am pretty knowledgable technology-wise. I suspected I would need assistance learning about my new TV. And I was right! The Geek squad people did a great job assembling and setting up my system and I am completely satisfied!

I know lots of people don't want to pay the extra to protect their purchase but I highly recommend Total Tech. Covers installations and consultations on all your in-home tech.

Great color and sharpness and color. With a Samsung soundbar only need one remote.

I asked for a all-in-one desktop computer. I got the same name brand. I am completely happy with the tech that brought it out also.

I have used the service for two tv deliveries (both 77) as well as set-up including mount installation. Have also used the service for a return. Have not had time to take advantage of the 2 years of protection as my purchases are not that old. So far so good. Hopefully i will not have any problems if i encounter issues with my equipment.

Best thing to carry this for all technical support, they were here multiple times to help setup, mount the TV. Still the wires are showing up have to get them concealed in the wall

Best Buy protection has been very good, and it pretty comparable to apple care.

With the bestbuy monthly protection plan, it gives you control and protection over your gadget for 24 months. This is awesome.

Highly performance a great sound and quality design

Replaced my over the fireplace screen where i have a Apple TV going pretty much 24/7 with all my 5000 pictures of our favorite photos and grandchildren. Great picture and if we want a smart TV to boot.

This was well worth buying. It includes TV delivery wall mount and also extends return window to 60 days. It also included installing wall plated to run the wires through the wall. pays for itself in one delivery.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from the Geek Squad staff at the Decatur store in Northern Las Vegas. As a member for nearly four years, I expected more support, especially when I needed help setting up my TV. Being a disabled veteran, I was hoping for a more accommodating approach, yet nobody was willing to assist me with the adjustments. It’s disheartening to feel that my membership offers little value. The customer service lacked empathy and understanding, with every request seemingly met with a $200 setup fee. This feels unacceptable for someone who has been a loyal member yet seldom utilized the benefits. I attempted to seek price matching, but neither the employees nor the manager were willing to accommodate my request. This has undoubtedly been my worst experience with Best Buy. As a result, I canceled my order and am now hesitant to return to the store, as I feel it offers no support or flexibility. It’s frustrating to see that my membership fee of $189 is taken without demonstrating any meaningful value. The experience lacks warmth, empathy, and proper customer service compared to what I’ve experienced in the past. I fondly remember when Jeremy, the previous manager, ran the store. I just wish the current staff could bring back that level of customer care and support.

Love the protection that comes with being a Best Buy member! If I need it I know it will be taken care of by the best techs!!
