The best plan for any Best Buy customer. It provides protection for any device bought at Best Buy and it provides Geek Squad support for 2 years.

Best TV I ever owned, easy to navigate and set up. Great Picture and excellent value.

Replacement tv in guest room. Now all are smart tv’s and will switch from cable to streaming service.

Get this for anything you worry will fail. I had to replace a headset that had a hardware fault. Getting essentially a refund (minus deductible) was much better than being given the same device that would fail again.

I will only buy my electronics with total protection. It’s an awesome security service to have!

Kinda need this if you buy a big expensive tv. Who knows if something will happen, you don’t want to pay to replace a multi thousand dollar item when you can just have it protected for a few hundred

Returned TV as not needed. Have 3 units that are in use. 4th unit would have been spare only

For a room this item is perfect it gives great sound takes up very little space its easy to use built great sounds amazing and its a very affordable price

As a result of a call to the Best Buy Protection Center, the service call was prompt and very efficient resulting in my issues being resolved.

Good for what it is and if you plan to buy lots of products the first year from Best Buy. I wish they had the 5 year week squad option; that was fantastic.

Because I bought total tech, several of my new purchases are automatically covered under appke care and my large tv purchase was delivered and installed for free. Totally worth the money and already paid for itself.

I have peace of mind with the major investment for my Sony 85" TV, Soundbar & Speakers. The Best Buy Protection Plan may never be needed, but you just can't take the chance.
