Good for what it is and if you plan to buy lots of products the first year from Best Buy. I wish they had the 5 year week squad option; that was fantastic.

I am a total tech member and got this protection as a part of that benefit. This is a great benefit as a part of the program as if helps protect your product for two years and essentially pays for itself.

I would never purchase an item without the Best Buy Protection. We have only had to use it one time but it is well worth it.

Great plan to have for all purchase and decent deals regularly.

Get this for anything you worry will fail. I had to replace a headset that had a hardware fault. Getting essentially a refund (minus deductible) was much better than being given the same device that would fail again.

Couldn’t get sound from sound bar i called Best Buy they said to unplug tv for 60 seconds said if they come out it would be a $99.00 service call, so I unplugged the tv for 60 seconds now have sound, but now tv won’t turn off with the Directv remote i have to turn tv off with the Samsung remote not very happy to use two remotes.

In today's world of temperamental technology you cannot afford to do without Best Buy's 24 month protection. If/when anything goes wrong, you just call them, and the Geek Squad rides to the rescue.

As a result of a call to the Best Buy Protection Center, the service call was prompt and very efficient resulting in my issues being resolved.

Monthly Best Buy protection prgram is almost. Includes so many services, like set-up, technical support, and conceirge service, Woth every penny. Best of all adds piece of mind by extending the manufacturer warranty.

We always buy our products from Best Buy because of the warranties. Best buy has always handled our problems very fast and always to our satisfaction.

Replacement tv in guest room. Now all are smart tv’s and will switch from cable to streaming service.

Satisfied with the protection plan. I had to return items with are defective of for some reason stopped working and no problem. BestBuy will take care of you!
