    Overall really like the protection plan and the benefits we get from it. Didn’t know they installed our tv mount and speaker mount for no charge!

    Hadn’t heard of Hisense before buying a few for our new conference room. We put up 3 Hisense TVs and all are performing excellent

    I always extend my warranties. The basic warranties do not provide the security of knowing anything that goes wrong will be covered.

    Great staff and support. Everyone is very helpful. It is a bit difficult to figure out what is exactly covered and such. But, people are nice enough anyways. If you have kids, it's worth it I guess.

    My TV went on sale for $300 dollars less than what I paid just two weeks after purchase. Best Buy refunded the difference without hesitation.
