    Since were had the (at the time of origina purchase Total Tech) we have used this service for purchase discounts, free deliveries, price match 60 days and install and setup. Once the initial purchase we have bought several items covered by this. Also they send a notice when its about to expire and give you the option to continue coverages on a low month to rate.

    Apparently two of the stores in Columbus are not Apple certified since they are close to Apple stores. I didn’t know this at first, but the tech explained it to me in a nice way and made suggestions about where I should go.

    Had a glitchy laptop? These guys swooped in fast, no mess. Super friendly dude fixed it in fifteen minutes flat-like magic! Super cheap too. I’ll totally call ’em again.
