Apparently two of the stores in Columbus are not Apple certified since they are close to Apple stores. I didn’t know this at first, but the tech explained it to me in a nice way and made suggestions about where I should go.

Great over all service …… would not be without it !!!!

I bought an expensive TV so got the warranty. When my TV arrived with a bright red pixel that was stuck on, I was glad I did. BestBuy service was easy to deal with and they promptly delivered me a replacement TV that looks perfect. This was a big investment so it is good knowing there is someone available that can service it if something goes wrong. For a big and heavy TV it would have been a nightmare to deal with an online retailer for this and it would have been awful to feel the need to just live with this bright pixel being on for an expensive brand new purchase like this.

High recommend get the up to 24 months protection.

I would totally recommend having your equipment protected from any damages

When I arrived to BestBuy I was shopping for a new TV. I wanted a TV that would turn my living room into a mini theater. When selecting my TV I noticed the sound bar. I have never had a sound bar in the past and I'm not sure why! This sound bar has great sound. I love how when I turn on the Tv the sound bar comes on as well!

I always get the protection plan for all of the items I buy from Best Buy because they offer great service for all of your electronics. The Geek Squad gives you great service. I would recommend making an appointment whenever you need service or help with your electronics when you take them into the store for service or repairs. The turnaround time for repairs or services is fantastic.
