Best Buy offers a cost effective warranty for the first 2 years of ownership. These days quality in products has slipped. This plan covers up to the first 2 years of product life. I just bought a high end refrigerator, stovetop and microwave. You would think everything should work with new appliances but those days are over. I’ve had the Geek Squad over so far 5 times for minor but important repairs. The refrigerator doors and drawers needed adjustment to remedy air leaks these caused ice build up. The stove needed the are gas ratio adjusted and the microwave had a loose nut that rattled. The Geek Squad came within a few days of calling (LG would have had me wait 5 weeks). Repairs weee complete the first time, the techs came on time and were friendly, competent and listened to our concerns.

Revised someone I talked to finally listen to my issues and they got the ball rolling, Thanks Again.

I always feel comfortable going to Geek Squad... i think they really pride themselves in kmowing how to approach a problem and helping customers.
