Switched from Samsung to apple there’s a learning curve but like it so far. You definitely have to pay for apps that may be free with android.

I love my Best By Protection plan. I get it on all the products I purchase from Best Buy. I've rarely ever had to use it, but when I did, I was glad I had it. Best Buy do what they promise to do and either repair or replace my products. My Best Buy Protection plan gives me peace of mind with all my products.

Best screen protector I have ever owned. I drop my phone 47 times a day. My first screen protector didn’t even last two months. This one has surpassed that times two. We are on month four. Thank you Otter Box.

Have been a long time subscriber to the Geek Squad tech plans. The current one replaced the prior plan and although it costs twice as much (annual fee from $99 to $200); so far I've used the Free Delivery and Tech assistance; so it's worth it.

I love the Best Buy protection programs. This is a major advantage to making purchases through Best Buy. Even though I’ve rarely ever used the protection plans knowing I have it is very comforting.
