It seems to only apply within a fairly short period of time after a purchase at BB so I got charged when I had used it to hook up a sound bar and tv-both bought at BB. The contractor wasn't helpful with anything detailed but did make them basically work.

OLD DINOSAUR needing help

Total tech membership and house calls have not restored the printer functions and hp computer with Google Chrome is failing me frequently with emails. Refunds? Credits? Discount if I shop at BB? How can YOU help? I am a senior dinosaur with skills and understanding tech. Lessons?
