Owned for 9 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Not worth the extra money, primarily because for the most part Best Buy decides not to stand behind their product and wants to blame the consumer instead of the possibility that an electronic product can actually go bad. I have been into tech since the early 90s, and I worked for tech companies for over 15 years and I have seen my fair share of products not working the way they are supposed to. When I worked for companies that consider themselves tech related we saw some phones and accessories that just did not stand up to what they were supposed to do, that's why from now on I will just buy these items directly from the manufacturer not from a third party like Best Buy if I can. They will stand behind their product and will replace it if it does not work correctly.

Couldn't figure out how to keep the phone from locking out. Oh, and it would've been nice if it was mentioned you had to buy a seperate charger.

When I bought those smart phones at Best Buy, I was told that I would not buy protection plan through Tmobile, but the tooth was actually I could. When one of the form needed a repair, my daughter actually use this plan and it cussed more than expected. I felt the Best Buy rep was not honest
