My new laptop, a Lenovo Legion Pro 5i, and its accessories, rate an A+, but it would not have without the Geek Squad, which was amazing! I cannot praise them enough for getting me through a difficult setup. Microsoft is being so intrusive now days that the average person is at their mercy to setup a device in a way that is acceptable and which successfully minimizes Microsoft's outrageously aggressive promotion of their products. Truly, as far as I am concerned, my Total Tech cost paid for itself with this one purchase because I more than likely would have returned this $2,000 laptop (hey, don't judge, it was the only model with the ports I needed) if it had not been for the professionalism, friendliness, knowledge, and patience of Jacob (Geek Squad Tech), Emily (Geek Squad Manager), and Michael (the employee who set me up with Jacob). They were all beyond amazing. I am a granny who has had a horrible few years (lost my husband after a horrendous 5 year struggle with aggressive dementia), and I struggle to cope with any stress these days. The Geek Squad employees at Port Arthur, Texas, just did everything they could to minimize my stress. I just cannot tell you how much I appreciated them. So, yes, the Lenovo Legion gets 5 stars, but it was because the Geek Squad gets 10. I HIGHLY recommend the Port Arthur Geek Squad and Best Buy Port Arthur, and, now that they did their magic to configure and customize my laptop, I am thrilled with it as well. Truly, getting Total Tech (for several years now, even while struggling to stay in my home while my husband was ill) was one of the best decisions I EVER made! Best controller for the price. It turns the Switch 2 on. All the buttons are there on the controller. Motion controls. Hall effect sticks, so no stick drift. Adjustable triggers. An included dock so no hassle with charging. The controller itself feels amazing and ergonomic in the hands. The only missing feature is Amiibo support, but thats it! Amazing price

I'm here today to talk about this subscription service that extends the warranty on your electronics. I've been using it for a few months now, and I'm really happy with it. MY EXPERIENCE SO FAR One of the things I like most about it is that it's super affordable. The monthly fee is way cheaper than buying a traditional extended warranty. And it's worth it, trust me. I've already had to file a claim once, and it was so easy. I just called Best Buy, and they sent a Geek Squad tech to my house to fix my TV. It was free, and it only took a few days. Another thing I like is that it covers a wide range of products. TVs, laptops, smartphones, appliances—you name it, it's covered. So if you're like me and you have a lot of electronics, it's a great way to make sure they're all protected. Of course, no product is perfect and it does have a few drawbacks. For one, it only covers products that you purchase from Best Buy. So if you buy your electronics from other stores, you're out of luck. And two, the claims process can be a bit of a pain. You have to go through a lot of hoops to get your product fixed or replaced. But overall, I think it offers great value for the money. CONCLUSION So, should you get Best Buy Protection? I say yes. It's affordable, it covers a wide range of products, and it's easy to use. Plus, the peace of mind is worth it. You never know when your electronics are going to break down. A lot of times insurance is a scam. However, the Best Buy Total protect is my favorite and best subscription on the plant. And def not a scam. I have two boys and a love for tech so my house has about $7000 in covered purchases from Best Buy. I’ve had to replace or repair 3 times since 2023 and the ease and service every time were nothing short of phenomenal. I will continue to buy my tech and appliances from Best Buy. I also recommend it to everyone.

Absolutely amazing service, professionalism beyond words. Thanks actually came back and adjusted it twice and did some extra work to make it look even nicer as they mounted the outside TV. Three mounted TVs inside our house look wonderful. Perfectly positioned can’t say much more about how courteous, friendly, And punctual these guys are. Best investment I’ve made!

The product itself works well and lasts a long time. The warranty is confusing and was not helpful when needed. I just wanted to replace a key. Factory and Best Buy cover the same time period of 24 months.

Pros: Love the size and material is it made out of. Very good quality and quiet typing which is always nice. You can bluetooth up to 3 devices (tablet, phone and computer) and switch between them very quickly which is nice for multitasking. Love the gunmetal color it has and enjoy using it with my phone for notes. Type c charging which is always convenient. Cons: This keyboard doesn't have a lift pegs to prop up the keyboard which sucks at times. It also doesnt have backlit keyboard feature unfortunately. All in all I believe this was a great buy. Would recommend mostly for multitaskers like school students and traveling employees.

This is obviously a commercial grade machine it feels that way it's a very heavy durable machine but it came with a play school size monitor that I had no idea only shows I fit with this being Wi-Fi enabled I really thought that I could copy my phone or any other device on the monitor so I can watch and listen to what I want unless I'm missing it I don't see that this monitor or machine could have this function. I am considering giving it back because there are other machines at this price point which comes with a much bigger Monitor and their monitor also has more integration capabilities with your electronic devices.

I love having the full protection. I've used it more than once. They are a great help. It's worth it!
