Purchasing Geek Squad Total Membership was a great thing to do. I recently purchased a laptop from Best Buy and wanted to transfer files and set up some new apps, Geek Squad turned it around in a day. Perfect. I've had numerous visits to the Geek Squad. They always do a great job. In fact, with my total membership I've saved $365 this year in pc tuneups, removing apps and other activities. Consider getting the annual membership. It's worth it!!

We have purchased the Best Buy protection for years. It is good value for the money if you purchase multiple items per year. Overall, it has been easy to use with multiple returns, exchanges and repairs. We will continue to use this protection and find it better than most protection plans. It keeps us coming back to Best Buy for a lot of our purchases for which we want a protection plan. We would highly recommend this service.

Have had this coverage for a couple of years and it’s worth it - Best Buy has come through both times I had an issue - full replacement and friendly fast service - Best Buy should get into insurance for other areas too like health, cars and homes - if they took care of their customers the way they do now there’s no stopping them :-)

It ended up being cheaper to get the membership than to buy individual protection plans, especially since we purchased all new appliances, a TV, stereo, speakers, and a whole home system. The protection is free with the membership, and even though we haven’t used it yet, it gives us a lot of peace of mind. Knowing Best Buy will repair or replace covered issues with no out-of-pocket costs makes it totally worth it.

Having Total Tech and getting the protection gives me peace of mind knowing Bestbuy (BB) will assist should anything happen. I have only had one issue with an item I purchased, and with the protection BB fixed the issue on the spot. I would most definitely recommend this to anyone buying electronics because we never know what could go wrong.

As with any product that i have purchased at best buy, i have warranties thru the rewarss program. I utilize the annual subscription to cover all purchases and it has never disappointed me. The very few times ive had any problems my product was immediately repaired or replaced with equal or better value. Its an amazing deal.

Was looking for a noise cancelling headphones that fit over ear and not to tight and these fit the bill. They have great sound with just enought bass. Noise cancelling is good on an airplane. I also like that I can change to transparency mode to hear people talking.

I have to start out by stating I don’t usually write reviews unless something has really made an impression upon me, and this neck fan has done just that. I was torn between buying this and one of the much more expensive fans, but to be honest with you, after reading the reviews on those most expensive gadgets I decided to give this one a try. I’m definitely glad I did. Definitely cools me off the way it advertises to the point that I can sit outside on my balcony or my patio on a very warm day and feel very comfortable. Where before I would have started to sweat and feel very hot and uncomfortable—now non of that. It does get a little loud if you go over the lowest setting. That may be a reason for trying something more expensive. But for the price, especially when it’s on sale, is worth every penny!

At approximately 1:45 p.m., I received a call from the delivery driver stating he would arrive in 30 minutes, which he did. In contrast, the delivery team was polite, professional, and worked efficiently. They completed the installation within an hour, demonstrated a strong work ethic, and did an excellent job. The issue was not with the delivery personnel, but with scheduling communication and customer service support. Improved coordination between scheduling and delivery teams, as well as more professional customer service interactions, would significantly improve the overall experience

Love love love the power A charging dock. I bought it as a gift for my boy who always has his controller just askew everywhere and now they just sit neatly in the dock on his desk. Also love the orientation of the dock because they don’t make the controllers opposite facing which makes it awkward for most desk setups

I love having the protection! It’s there if I need it and I love having the freedom and security of all of my possessions to be protected and safe from hardware issues or damage from accidents. Great coverage! I Would recommend it, and they give deals to you just for having it and being a member.

The Best Buy 2 year protection is great and they even allow you to pay monthly past that if you so do desire. If you buy a lot from Best Buy sign up for their Best Buy total plan where everything you buy automatically gets a 2 year extended warranty.

I always use best buy protection from the very 1st of my laptop purchase. The Geek Squad transfers all of my data from my old laptop to my new one, which normally costs $100. For me it is free because of the best buy protection. The Geek Squad team are always very helpful.

I've had the membership with best buy for 2 1/2 years or so. It includes the protection plan. As salesman always say it's worth it. Yet this is different, they cover everything and make it so simple. Either replace it if it's in stock or cash back of what you paid for it. Doesn't get easier than that!
