Excellant quality in protection and tune up for our electronics

Cracked soon after we purchased it, but worked well otherwise. In less than a year, the screw came loose and the whole front fell off.

The first time I needed this coverage, Best Buy refused to provide it. The door on my washing machine shattered during a cycle. Best Buy says it is not their problem. It’s a “cosmetic” issue.

Have a new remote sent out for the T vthree weeks still haven't gotten it called him back spent 30 minutes on the phone, and now it's supposed to be here in fort 5 days. What a joke

Purchased had to have them replaced because of the earpiece breaking off of the stem. We did utilize Best buy's protection plan that made things easier. Second pair broke on the same side. Too much of a hassle to deal with I wouldn't recommend it

You only get this protection plan on certain items make sure you read the fine print half of the things that I purchased for Best Buy which range and thousands of dollars now are not covered under this protection

I continue to renew my protection plan I have seven or eight electronic electric items on this TV stereo washer dryer stove refrigerator and I think something else I'm super happy with it because I've only had one problem all I had to pay was a service call that they guaranteed for 90 days no more problems for having me again to come out for free it's better and pains 350 dollars for a part my washer is 3 years old so a lot cheaper than having to buy another washer. Okay a service guy several hundred dollars. I accept automatically renew every 2 years the discounts I get with being a member help out a lot I've got three or four things that I needed and probably saved that much and renewal fees just on those items so I'm pretty happy.

Best Buy's Protection - Total Protection Package -- is an absolute great deal! If you buy even one large appliance or several electronics per year this service returns much more that it costs. It doubles warranties 2 years, it lowers the cost of everything purchased, it provides less expensive or free shipping, it includes free shipping for appliances. Their are extended return policies and early sale notices for capturing the lowest prices on the best equipemtn. No Brainer! I am a Total Tech member since their first offering almost 10 years ago and will remain as long as I'm buying electronics.

For me… outta the new tech loop for 19 years… this is invaluable! Access to Geek Squad, Apple. If anything gets fouled up, I screw something up, something else goes awry with the programs or hardware (I should mention that I seem to be a “lemon” magnet) it’ll get replaced or repaired quickly! (And I do use Apple and Geek Squad more often than I care to admit!) This service provides me with layers of practical confidence and convenience! INVALUABLE!!!

I've used Best Buy Protection for product replacement several times. Once for a TV, twice for one-of-a-kind monitors, routers, and once for car stereo rework...even small things like cables and ear buds. Money wise, it's even, but peace of mind is worth every penny. Been a member for years now ever since they moved to annual memberships. Only makes sense as two even one warranty you might be considering can cost as much as full two years while an active member. Plus the discounts, apple care thrown in, to me it’s a no brainer from Best Buy! Breaks out to $15 / mo (before tax).

This pair of speakers is great! I haven't tried them outside yet, but they work with all my devices, and fill the room, or house, with sound. I use them with my phone while I treadmill, cook, or clean (not often to be honest). Colors add a party vibe. I was lucky to buy them with Best Buy credits, but I think they're a good value at regular price.

I have several products, as BestBuy is my first choice always, So far I have being using insurance protection only for iPhone screen protection replacement, although it is always good to have y never know when your assets start asking fo help. :)

Black Ops 7 is hands-down the most fun I’ve had with a Call of Duty game in years. The PS5 version runs incredibly smooth — the frame rate never dips, the visuals are razor-sharp, and the DualSense features actually matter this time. The adaptive triggers and haptic feedback make every weapon feel different, and it genuinely adds to the immersion. Campaign-wise, this one surprised me. The story is tighter, more grounded, and the missions have way more variety than I expected. It feels like classic Black Ops, but updated for 2025 in the best way. Multiplayer is where it really shines. The maps are fast, clean, and super replayable. Hit detection feels right, movement is balanced, and matchmaking is quick. I’ve already lost several nights to “one more match,” and I don’t regret a second of it. Zombies is an instant classic—big map, great atmosphere, and a perfect blend of nostalgia and new mechanics. It feels like Treyarch actually listened to fans this time. If you’re a COD fan, this is a must-buy. If you’re lapsed, this is the one that gets you back in. Absolutely recommend.

The total tech plan covers the buds completely and if anything goes wrong with them I can go back to any Best Buy and get another pair for free. Everyone who buy items from Best buy should purchase the total protection plan.
