We switched to using Best Buy protection. The real good is we haven’t had to use it. The truth is we feel it’s a better cost than individual item protection costs.

When you get a brand new laptop, you need to make sure you get coverage, especially since this coverage applies to any issues in the ability to call geek squad for free

so glad I got Total Tech I'm a complete Idiot when it comes to technology lol so far I saved $50 on a Comcast WIFI modem and router and got it installed 4 free, numerous items that was cheaper with Total Tech, got free Tech support when I had some kinda problem w my PC and the latest 24 month protection free on a new 10,000 BTU window AC

I have only had one opportunity to use my protection plan. I needed help installing speakers. It took several transfers before I was transferred to the person that could help. That was a little frustrating! But after ten minutes of transfers I finally got connected to the right person. After that it was a piece of cake. Quick solution. I the solutions are as quick as this one was, I will be happy. Good job audio video team.

I've had the Best Buy protection plan for several years and it has definitely paid for itself. I've had to replace several printers that simply stopped working and the replacement process was seamless and I was able, each time, to walk out of the store with a new printer.
