Best Buy protection plan is the best. With the internet being so vulnerable, it's important to me to have technical support at any time since I'm going to online school and do all of my work on my laptop. Geek Squad is able to make sure my systems are all working as they should.

One of the better Warranty plans money can buy. I strongly recommend the annual Best Buy membership they offer. It includes so much for so little if you use/purchase tech often. With so many Best Buy locations it's hard to pass up.

The Total Protection Plan we subscribe to is an excellent value. We have three computers that needed new hard drives. Our local Best Buy store was able to give us the proper part numbers and they were able to install, run diagnostics in a days time. Extremely pleased.

Great customer service from someone calling me ahead of time to let me know when they would arrive to installation to training and cleanup. The tech guys were so knowledgeable and knew their product and how to problem solve a tricky install in a new home. Couldn’t be happier with this service!

as an owner and user of several computers this protection plan is a real deal for me. Even if you only have one computer one trip to a repair shop will cost you more than this plan cost. The Geek Squad crew are excellent at their job and I have used this plan for years and I have no complaints what so ever. I recommend this plan to any one with a computer. Geek Squad protection package is always ready to spring into action on a moments notice. I call or go into Best Buy and within minutes I have an appointment, even during the weekend! When the agent arrives, after calling you to confirm their ETA, they cover their shoes before entering your home and quickly get to work. If the job is to be completed at a store site, it is done efficiently without lag time once your service contract is verified. This is usually done in under 2 minutes.

with initial purchase of the Ryzen computer and Logitech web cam which quickly found both items defective. The new replacement items eventually were made to work. The protection plans worked well and the techs worked excellent within the plan criteria.
