I purchased a TV from Best Buy and this was offered to me. I usually do not the extended warranties from a retail store, but I did this time. Come to find out, t covers everything you buy from the store. Great idea and a must have

This is the insurance you invest in whether you use it or not. I've had this Spring 2020 before the pandemic lockdown started. I never knew I would enjoy having the "Monthly Best Buy Protection." I no longer buy extra warranties. The "Geek Squad" is amazing if I need anything.

Best Buy rocks and I love the total membership and the perks that come with it. So long as I am able I will maintain my membership and always shop for products through Best Buy.

The best and only way to go. I think this is mandatory especially when purchasing an electronic. I renew every year just for the added protection. And it save me money overall.

Best way to protect your purchase that goes beyond manufacturing warranty

Though I rarely use them, the protection plan comes with total tech, and has come in handy when something has failed! I recommend buying total total tech

I tell everyone about the member protection as it is a super good value if you buy electronics. You can get price matched or often Best Buy is now cheaper then online!

I went a full 9 months before requiring this tech support, glad that I had it, and is worth every cent. Technical service first first-class and responsive. I am quite technically competent but there are things that I don't encounter very often that can throw you for a loop. This service fills that gap.

I feel safe knowing my products are protected with Best Buy. When I initially started purchasing from Best buy it was on the recommendation of a family member. Now I only shop for electronics and appliances from Best Buy because their protection is top tier.

i highly recommend it. i have used it many times with zero issues.

Good battery life, easy pairing, folds up nicely. After about 1 year they became a little flimsy and the plastice folding hinge broke.
