Very easy process every time I’ve needed it. Just grab your replacement and take it to the counter. Has saved me a lot of headache and gives me the freedom to try products I might not recognize the brand.

I have to start out by stating I don’t usually write reviews unless something has really made an impression upon me, and this neck fan has done just that. I was torn between buying this and one of the much more expensive fans, but to be honest with you, after reading the reviews on those most expensive gadgets I decided to give this one a try. I’m definitely glad I did. Definitely cools me off the way it advertises to the point that I can sit outside on my balcony or my patio on a very warm day and feel very comfortable. Where before I would have started to sweat and feel very hot and uncomfortable—now non of that. It does get a little loud if you go over the lowest setting. That may be a reason for trying something more expensive. But for the price, especially when it’s on sale, is worth every penny!

If you buy several mid-high range products, electronics specifically, this is the best service ever offered. Ease of mind when your products break and at a much cheaper price point than if you would buy them individually. The ability to prolong the coverage. Top tier service at reasonable price point.

Have had this coverage for a couple of years and it’s worth it - Best Buy has come through both times I had an issue - full replacement and friendly fast service - Best Buy should get into insurance for other areas too like health, cars and homes - if they took care of their customers the way they do now there’s no stopping them :-)

It ended up being cheaper to get the membership than to buy individual protection plans, especially since we purchased all new appliances, a TV, stereo, speakers, and a whole home system. The protection is free with the membership, and even though we haven’t used it yet, it gives us a lot of peace of mind. Knowing Best Buy will repair or replace covered issues with no out-of-pocket costs makes it totally worth it.

Great deal to have insurance with one’s Best Buy membership. I’ve had Geek Squad service for several years, and decided to keep it along with my Best Buy membership. Convenient to have worry-free tech support plus warranty on purchases.

Excellent product! The quality exceeded my expectations, especially since I was upgrading from my old iPhone. AppleCare was completely free thanks to my Best Buy membership. I highly recommend getting one; the service is top-notch. I think Best Buy is my favorite store because of the support and service they offer—it's the best. It was totally free!

Having Total Tech and getting the protection gives me peace of mind knowing Bestbuy (BB) will assist should anything happen. I have only had one issue with an item I purchased, and with the protection BB fixed the issue on the spot. I would most definitely recommend this to anyone buying electronics because we never know what could go wrong.

As with any product that i have purchased at best buy, i have warranties thru the rewarss program. I utilize the annual subscription to cover all purchases and it has never disappointed me. The very few times ive had any problems my product was immediately repaired or replaced with equal or better value. Its an amazing deal.

Better peace of mind know that I have a back up plan in case anything goes wrong. I have not experience the rest of the benefits as i just got the membership but looking forward too it, specially black friday sales

Love love love the power A charging dock. I bought it as a gift for my boy who always has his controller just askew everywhere and now they just sit neatly in the dock on his desk. Also love the orientation of the dock because they don’t make the controllers opposite facing which makes it awkward for most desk setups

Was looking for a noise cancelling headphones that fit over ear and not to tight and these fit the bill. They have great sound with just enought bass. Noise cancelling is good on an airplane. I also like that I can change to transparency mode to hear people talking.

This is a great product. Especially with earbuds, you will drop them. There's always the chance that they'll be damaged when that happens, so this warranty will replace them if that happens.

I love it because it covers everything I buy at Best Buy but I wish I would be notified a few times before my items coverage is going to expire or allow me the option to continue coverage automatically when it’s about to expire

This is a great plan to have for returns or help with computers, tablets, TV's, phones etc.. Best Buy was smart to implement this program as it keeps me turning to them over other retailers - simply because everything is covered.

I love having the protection! It’s there if I need it and I love having the freedom and security of all of my possessions to be protected and safe from hardware issues or damage from accidents. Great coverage! I Would recommend it, and they give deals to you just for having it and being a member.
