I've had the membership with best buy for 2 1/2 years or so. It includes the protection plan. As salesman always say it's worth it. Yet this is different, they cover everything and make it so simple. Either replace it if it's in stock or cash back of what you paid for it. Doesn't get easier than that!

All of our appliances come from BB. We have the Protection program for everything. It’s really peace of mind. In the very few instances when we needed to use the plan, we had excellent service and remarkable results.

Best Buy Protection is 100% worth it. I got it with my laptop, and when I accidentally dropped it a few months later, Geek Squad handled everything. No stress, no crazy fees — they repaired it fast and kept me updated the whole time. It’s such a relief knowing that if something happens, I’m covered. The peace of mind alone makes it worth the price. Definitely recommend adding the protection plan for anything expensive or easy to damage!

I do recommend getting the total care Best Buy protection it's made it easy to return or exchange products if you're past the 14 days and the product isn't meeting your expectation or breaks. The customer service team at the return exchange counter have always been very helpful and having that total tech protection program makes things easier for them and for me.!

If you've ever had an insurance protection pay you back full purchase price, This is it. Got it for a laptop years ago. I spilled coffee on it. Took it to Geek Squad to see if they could help me. Laptop was toast, They gave me store credit worth the purchase price so I could get a replacement laptop. I had that laptop for about 18 mos.

Honestly, I think this is one of the best offers for warranty and protection that a major retailer offers. I can put so many of my tech purchases from Best Buy under this plan. I truly feel they put consumers first on this.

Comes in handy when accidents happen or minor damages happen, & as a mother it happens quite a bit, super convenient low fees for repairs or replacements, compared to original fees I’d rather pay for the annual protection plan & small fees when accidents do happen then not have it & pay full prices

I have used this protection on everything I buy. If there's a problem, Best Buy Protection stands up and makes it right, as long as the item's warranty is intact. It's worth the price.

I've had to return a few items within the 24 month period and found the protection plan very useful. In particular with high ticket items of over $1000 that failed to operate towards the end of the 24 month period. Getting the credit to replace and pay the difference for the latest model of a very expensive item is well worth having the protection plan which is included for every purchase of the Total Tech Membership.

This plan offers Apple care with all future Apple purchases. You can’t beat that for the price!! I heard about it standing in line from another customer and found a salesperson to confirm. I have used it three times already this year. It was money well spent!! I now buy all my Apple products from Best Buy!

The Best Buy protection is a no brainer. It covers all my purchases for the whole year. Individual warranties would accrue to more than what this costs. We are super happy and have used it to replace faulty devices with no hassle a few times.
