Really like my plan has a couple issues with some of my items and because the plan they where able to replace them

This has been great for my family and I, we use quite a few electronics and we make our major amount of purchases from you guys. If something needs fixing I can bring it in no problem, I am always greeted with a smile. Thank you very much

I wish I learned about this program a long time ago. I always buy the Geek Squad Protection on everything I buy. So this was made for people like me. $200/year and EVERYTHING I buy is covered, including accidental protection on portables. Apple iPhones get Apple Care included with this plan. Oh, and I got a few extra discounts on new purchases because I'm a plan member. A nice surprise. It's a bargain for me!

If you buy the total tech plan you can watch your prices of your items and if they go on sale with in 90 days of buying the item u can get your money back from the sale item. Also they will replace if broken even if it’s past the warranty period it’s well worth the money now I will only buy from Best Buy

The Best Buy Total Membership is so worth it's cost. The peace of mind of buying products with the additional protection coverage is comforting. I have since moved to only purchase most of these products from Best Buy.

I buy a warranty for all my products and most of the time i never need it but when i do it pays for itself! I have the total tech membership so that includes a 2 year warranty automatically included for each product i purchase so that pays for itself as well. Both options are great and are worth the investment!

I've never had an issue when needing to use my protection plan on any previous devices. When I did, it was effortless to go into a store and tell them what/why my device was malfunctioning, and the staff was very informative and efficient in repairing or helping me replace it.

We travel full time in an RV, so we need protection wherever we go. No matter where we are the Geek Squad is there to support us. They always have our back. We wouldn't be without it as it has saved us several times.

Best buy protection is awesome no hassle just go in they check if you purchased it and booommmm they give your money back or replace it.
