We purchased the additional protection plan and have no regret doing so. We had some issues with a virus protection program that we transferred from our old computer. It interfered with a program on our new computer, and thanks to having this additional insurance, we were able to get it fixed at no additional cost.

I love that Best Buy includes the protection on their products, as well as AppleCare with their preferred membership. Totally worth it!

Great value. Not only do I get warranties on everything I buy (some I wouldn't have bothered), I get free Webroot antivirus software for every device in my home which saves a bundle. Love being able to take all out computers in for a Geek squad checkup. And when I upgraded hard drives or memory, they installed them for free and transferred all my data as well to the new drives

Has been an outstanding service to have. Wish it still had free installation, but the service techs are the best in the business. Keep up you solid hiring practices for the geek squad!

Always available to help me. I need them. I struggle with technology so it helps to have these experts in ypur corner

I always recommend having the protection plan. I’m a person that fixes problems all the time, and it may cost more in the beginning but if something goes wrong it’s less money and worries for you.

I'm using my laptop for my personal computer, so this is all I need.

Worth it for someone like me who prefers to have electronics (stereo and tv sound system) installed by a professional. Also provides computer support which is great for our family. Best Buy stands behind your satisfaction with a guarantee. Also membership provides for an extended warranty. $200 per year is a pretty good deal from my standpoint.

Never had to use it yet, but good to know that I have it incase I do need it.

You’ll be sorry if you don’t get it I always get it and something always happened. It’s electronics the more you use it the more it will break down so it’s a must.

It’s such a relief having a wonderful protection plan on my purchases from Best Buy. I’ve only once had to use it and it was because of something I did, not the product. Puts me at ease in case I get clumsy!
