These guys are always there, and are the best at what they do. For someone who is 'technically challenged' it's a relief to know that someone is there for me over phone or in store 24/7, and everything I buy is covered for 2 years. Truly a no brainer!

With the Best Buy Totaltech, you can get product protection up to 24 months with an active membership. Great perk to have as long as you keep your membership active. It is truly a huge benefit and save lots of money. The only bad part is when there is a service fee but aside from that, save tons of money and get true protection
