Our new puppy chewed up our original LG TV remote control! Our local BestBuy had it in store/in stock so it is a good replacement. No setup required ( no searching for codes like other universal replacement remotes), it just automatically worked with our tv. EASY PEASY!! Only exception the original LG remote had a microphone capability and this Insignia does not.

I addded total tech support in April 2023. I have saved almost $1000.00 in the last 3 months. I have had excellent service and have been able to get my appointments in a days time or less. I would definitely recommend total tech support from Best Buy for any computer or tech issue.

Love the added protection that comes with total membership. Don’t even have to think about it. Gives a great piece of mind.

Plan is amazing if you have multiple devices you buy from best buy. If you told me this i would think it was a gimmick, but seriously i have gotten multiple pairs of heaphones fixed for little to no cost. As well if you have kids that tou let run around with your tablets or smartphones this is a cheaper option of repair.

The very best "Total Care" Best Buy protection Plan. There is simply no plan to match this in the market. The annual subscription gets covered during the very first visit. Recommended in the Highest terms.

I haven't had to use it yet but it's great to know my products will be protected for a good price.

Ever since I was a teen I've known how important it is to use protection. Free protection was my favorite and while I can't say if this is good as the free protection I used to get from the county health department when I was a teen it is included with my best buy membership.

Better to have and not need. Have used a couple of times and beats paying for repairs. However home visits shouldn't be so costly.

I always recommend protection plans when there is a significant purchase; having a plan has come through for me multiple times and saved me a ton of $$$

Everything I buy seems to have protection. Better than taking it out individually on each item.
