I have had this on my Lenovo Yoga laptop and I used it once. Seamless process to figure out the hardware issue and replace the unit.

I have the Best Buy Protection Plan. I have not had to use it yet but for me it’s always best to have coverage. I rather pay a little in the beginning that an exorbitant amount during the course of ownership of the product if a need arises for repairs.

You’re really paying for your peace of mind. Having extended protection for all your Best Buy products is a no brainer to me. Whenever an item is defective, Best Buy handles my problems with ease. Also receiving discounts for being a loyal customer is a great deal.

Awesome product good for warranties have had quite a couple things replaced with warranty with no hassle just go in and out with new replacements. And everything i purchase is automatically enrolled into the protection plan to the smallest products.

Very happy that we purchased the protection plan. I have bought laptops from Best Buy before and the protection plan was very useful. Even when I just needed assistance with an upgrade or from minor damage, they were able to repair successfully and quickly!

Im not huge on extra warrenties or protections plans. But at Best Buy, i have used them several times. Protection Plans on most product at Best Buy is a must. Especially computers and anything you use everyday. Get a store credit to buy the same or different item, even upgrade, heck yeah!

realllyyy worth it to get totaltech bc i save sum more bucks on sales n the return window is even longer n for tha yearly price it doesnt seem so bad wit the money i save the money saved but only worth it if used alot if ur buyin stuff from best buy like once a month or like a yearly thing is not worth it at all.

I think this is the best addition to the product. If you are spending hundreds on the product anything can happen better to have protection rather than have to spends hundreds again.

I have purchased a lot of electronics, computers and other home products. With the membership protection with Best Buy, all other companies only provide you with a year warranty. Best But has the warranty I've ever had. no one beats Best Buy.

This is definitely worth having. I had purchased a high end laptop which almost 2 years later failed me. I took it to the store, they checked it out, did what they could, and within a month, I had a brand new, better laptop thanks to the warranty.

This is a great looking appliance and perfect for my children who one eats meat sauce, and the other just likes plain marinara. Plus, you can put the meatballs in the third pot and come home to easy spaghetti and meatball dinner. However, we live in a small home, so this item was too big to store and had to be rich.

I used the services on several occasions in stores with geek or even had tech came to my home. They were friendly and professional.
