Have not had chance to fully use the service after purchasing member/product protection for iphones. But already using the member discounts which add to sales prices. Good service overall when shopping.

Yes, good protection and service overall. I know little about computers and printers, appliances but manage to keep mine alive with stuff like this and best buy. Best for large items, home theater. If theres a need to return, it is without question picked up. The agents they send are always 100% sharp and knowledgable. I like in a hard to reach place in the city.

This is such a great value!! I have already had to use the protection once and it was so worth the money we spent! My son bought some cordless headphones and they broke within a week. We easily returned them for another pair with absolutely NO hassle.
