I wouldn’t normally buy a protection plan for a video game but it’s included in total tech plus. Not sure what I’d ever use it for.

There have been so many accidents with our pets that having a protection plan has been really beneficial.

I like to get all protection plans on everything from Best Buy. I love Geek squad as they are so helpful. Best Buy is the best if you have any problems. I have never had a problem with Best Buy. If you have a problem they resolve it.

I like the security and benefits of the no hassle warranty and never had a problem but the one thing I can’t stand is the scheduled appointments just to drop off your item and still having to wait sometimes 30-40min. If only they had a better system but I guess it beats mailing it in to who knows where. Other than that if you don’t mind a bit of a wait dropping off and picking up your item it is totally worth it.

The protection plan has provided excellent warranty service through the Geek Squad that when our initial 2 year warranty has expired, I didn’t hesitate to extend the warranty coverage on a reasonable monthly basis on a big ticket item.

Submitting a claim is easy. Insurance is always a relief when something goes wrong.

The besr two guys i always requests them they are great knowledge to whay i need installed. Great listerns and know whays,need to be done leave the house clean and they took there boxes with them so if you dont know how. Spend a littlexmoney for the,total Tech experience. CHARLES

Best Buy Monthly Protection is worth the piece of mind when coming to my Apple Products

Just bought a A95K and for that price it's worth it. Two years ago, I bought an LG OLED CX, the panel developed a blob after the warranty expired, and LG denied me when I asked for the panel to be replaced. Had I have had this, the LG issue would have easily been covered. Worth it on any large purchase.

I havenI I had to use it but it comes with peace of mind. I am sure Bestbuy will honor its protection policy when it comes to it. I am Bestbuy totaltech member and it definitely is worth the price if you have computers, gadgets and appliances in the house.
