We have used this a few times now and very thankful we have this coverage and service. Relatively quick and painless when initiating the service.

Our kids love the device and to know what they can expect out of the day or week ahead. As a parent to have a task chore reminder so I don’t have to nag my kids is amazing and they appreciate it.

4 yr old nano99 75”with panel failure. Screen had dark bar in it. Tech came out documented it and submitted the necessary information and a replacement was issued. This took less than two hours. It’s a great service.

We don’t know a lot about our equipment and need someone to help us out now then. This protection gives us that. The only thing I don’t like is having to pay extra to have the squad come to the house. That should be included.

Best Buys protection plan is an easy "yes" when considering protection options for high-value items. It is almost virtually a "no questions asked" process where they will assess and replace / repair the product as needed. In my personal experience, this was a critical protection plan for my cellphone.

Total protection makes it so easy to replace an item thats either broken or came not as described. If a products longevity isnt what its advertised as protection makes it so easy to get it replaced or refunded. No warranty claims, not shipping process, just take the product to the local best buy and have it done within minutes. Fantastic!

I have to start out by stating I don’t usually write reviews unless something has really made an impression upon me, and this neck fan has done just that. I was torn between buying this and one of the much more expensive fans, but to be honest with you, after reading the reviews on those most expensive gadgets I decided to give this one a try. I’m definitely glad I did. Definitely cools me off the way it advertises to the point that I can sit outside on my balcony or my patio on a very warm day and feel very comfortable. Where before I would have started to sweat and feel very hot and uncomfortable—now non of that. It does get a little loud if you go over the lowest setting. That may be a reason for trying something more expensive. But for the price, especially when it’s on sale, is worth every penny!
