The scheduled service window was communicated as 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. At 1:00 p.m., having received no updates, I called to track the delivery. During that call, I spoke with a representative named Ivan, whose manner was dismissive and unprofessional. He stated that the delivery window was 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and, despite my explaining the confirmed delivery timeframe previously provided to me, I was told I would simply need to wait. At no point was I contacted to advise of a delay, nor was I able to track the delivery route, as the tracking icon was nonfunctional. At approximately 1:45 p.m., I received a call from the delivery driver stating he would arrive in 30 minutes, which he did. In contrast, the delivery team was polite, professional, and worked efficiently. They completed the installation within an hour, demonstrated a strong work ethic, and did an excellent job. The issue was not with the delivery personnel, but with scheduling communication and customer service support. Improved coordination between scheduling and delivery teams, as well as more professional customer service interactions, would significantly improve the overall experience

IFor anyone or a parent that has teenagers or just children in general the warranty / protection plan easy cover everything just simply return and replace !

I use the geeksquad as well as service agreements well worth the money. It is not cheap, but the Riverdale Best Buy has experienced help and they really seem to be honest and straightforward. Management of this store should be commended.

Best Buy Protection is 100% worth it. I got it with my laptop, and when I accidentally dropped it a few months later, Geek Squad handled everything. I always use best buy protection from the very 1st of my laptop purchase. The Geek Squad transfers all of my data from my old laptop to my new one, which normally costs $100. For me it is free because of the best buy protection. The Geek Squad team are always very helpful.

I do recommend getting the total care Best Buy protection it's made it easy to return or exchange products if you're past the 14 days and the product isn't meeting your expectation or breaks. The customer service team at the return exchange counter have always been very helpful and having that total tech protection program makes things easier for them and for me.!

The Best Buy 2 year protection is great and they even allow you to pay monthly past that if you so do desire. If you buy a lot from Best Buy sign up for their Best Buy total plan where everything you buy automatically gets a 2 year extended warranty.

I've had the membership with best buy for 2 1/2 years or so. It includes the protection plan. As salesman always say it's worth it. Yet this is different, they cover everything and make it so simple. Either replace it if it's in stock or cash back of what you paid for it. Doesn't get easier than that!

Not sure how this will become an economical good choice...we shall see. The nearest Best Buy is a 45 minute drive away ... on my initial visit. with an appt made, I still had to wait 15 min for help. Help location had very uncomfortable benches/chairs.

If you've ever had an insurance protection pay you back full purchase price, This is it. Got it for a laptop years ago. I spilled coffee on it. Took it to Geek Squad to see if they could help me. Laptop was toast, They gave me store credit worth the purchase price so I could get a replacement laptop. I had that laptop for about 18 mos.

Love the extra protection! I bought a TV for my sister and when it stopped working 1.5 yrs later they brought her a new one! Took to broken one and remounted. Only had to pay the $50! EASY PEASY!

Best Buy's pprotection plan is well worth the monthly/annual price! Especially, if your home is filled with all types of technology devices! Not only does this protection plan protect the device(s( purchased at the time, it also protects any devices already owned!! Regardless if you purchased through Best Buy or not and/or the age of the device! If it's repairable through GeekSquad, your membership is active, and you own the device.. Well, your covered! I promise you won't regret it! You may forget about paying the monthly/annual membership, but when the time comes one of your devices fail you, you’ll panic at first, but then remember, "Oh, I have the Best Buy Membership Plan!" Bam! All set and saved! Try it. If you don't want to make any more monthly/annual payments then cancel it! No harm, no foul! Right? I’ve always had a great experience since I’ve had total tech. Any time one of my devices has an issue I just go in to Best Buy and they fix or exchange my product.

The luxury of knowing I am protected and if i dont have the knowledge they do is comforting. Beautiful! Its appreciated to have come out with a plan like this.
