I have had the Best Buy total membership for three years and it has been well worth it. I am older and don’t understand how to work all my machinery. When it’s broken, they fix it or let me know that it’s not worth it and give me a good deal on a better one.

Purchasing additional coverage at the time always seems like “extra” money until you need it. Best Buy is also the best of keeping track of purchases thru your account to make getting it fixed handled.

I just renew my membership today. I had some Bose ear plugs that did not work after a month that I purchased them and was able to replace them. I was able to save some money when I purchased my Laptop and get some good in house deals. I had a TV for a year it stop working they gave me a refund and I used it to purchase another TV. During the Christmas Holidays when I brought 4 kindle tablet for my granddaughters I was glad the they were covered.

Is nice to know that you don’t have to worry about constantly deciding whether something is worth paying the extra money for. With Total tech, everything you buy, no matter how expensive or not, you have it covered. If Best Buy sells it, that’s where I am buying it from. Why not buy something that you have protection on for 2 years. I recommend this to everyone I know.

Best Buy protection is fantastic. One must consider the protection coverage when purchasing new products....that is unless you have TOTAL coverage. I would suggest TOTAL protection. It is worth the investment.

Like I've always said, it's always good too. Have some sort of protection on every stuff you buy. Because you never know What can happen. Whether it is something internal or external, you can always go back and rely on best buy to help you out while having this perk.

I love my Best Buy protection plan. Anytime I’ve had any issues with my products which is rare. I’ve always had a response and resolution with no issues or hassle. Definitely worth having.

Glad i purchase this every year. When i have an issue with my computers i take it to my local geek squad. They are profeesionals at what thery do. When i have issues with any of my computers or have any related ?'s regarding computers they answer my ?'s if they cant they take the time to find a solution. my youngest son started college he need a laptop they guided me and my son to purchase the laptop he needed. The staff ther are very nice and professional at what they do.

Best Buy's pprotection plan is well worth the monthly/annual price! Especially, if your home is filled with all types of technology devices! Not only does this protection plan protect the device(s( purchased at the time, it also protects any devices already owned!! Regardless if you purchased through Best Buy or not and/or the age of the device! If it's repairable through GeekSquad, your membership is active, and you own the device.. Well, your covered! I promise you won't regret it! You may forget about paying the monthly/annual membership, but when the time comes one of your devices fail you, you’ll panic at first, but then remember, "Oh, I have the Best Buy Membership Plan!" Bam! All set and saved! Try it. If you don't want to make any more monthly/annual payments then cancel it! No harm, no foul! Right? Well... not until something breaks a week later after canceling your membership or not having one to start with! Lol! This is not a paid advertisement or affiliated with Bfor my reviews! Seems to be a good service and delivery service if needed and you save money when you buy your appliances or electronics probably worth it in a long run

I love that we have Best Buy Protection added to all products we purchase through them. Definitely sig-up if you want peace of mind on your products.

It’s good to know that the expensive products we purchased are back by a life long warranty. So long as you retain the membership. I enjoy the discounts as well.

Totally worth becoming a member for Best Buy Total Member! Replaced my vacuum with no problem. All the products I purchase at Best Buy are instantly covered. Appliances, Car Audio, Apple products and Care, everything. Well worth it!

Unfortunately i have had things happen to several of my items bought at Best Buy. Life, kids, at times things just happen. Thankfully i had my protection plan in place. Best Buy has always been good with honoring it and replacing my item. So glad i had it in place!

Best Buy is the only company that offers a straight forward extended warranty plan or whatever you want to call it these days. Usually manufacturers tell you to call the place where you bought your item from, then the place you bought your item at tells you to call the manufacturer ultimately sending you in endless circles with the hopes of you giving up and eating the cost of the defective item. Luckily I’ve had the greatest experience with Best Buy and would highly recommend this service to everyone. They’ve taken care of all my problems for many years now from a TV that had a line appear down the screen out of nowhere to a router that stopped working, a faulty computer, and Dyson vacuum that had a faulty part. It’s the only company I feel comfortable with buying a service plan. Knock on wood that they don’t ever change and keep up this good business.

Always buy these. Products today are too expensive and are made with subpar materials. I break my computer mouse at least once a quarter. I’d have spent well over $1000 a year without this.
