Best Buy is the best, all our televisions are from Best Buy and have had the best of the best service

I have the Total Tech Package and would not change a thing. It does not matter what type of electronic device I purchase, it is covered. I recently purchased the Aquasonic toothbrush to replace my Sonicare. In love with this toothbrush. More options and cheaper brush heads that seem to last twice as long.

Best Buy has great product warranty, and very professional when it gets down to business with it all.

New computer came with Windows 11 and we had to transfer all our files from the old computer which had Windows 10. Geek Squad technical staff were helpful with that process and I had one in-home visit to tweak some minor issues with the new system. Couldn't have done it without Geek Squad help and nice to know that I have them available when I need them.

The price points for the services given are far & away worth it with no questions asked returns and decent support on resolving issues with electronics or manufacturer faults.

If you do end up having an issue, the cost of the protection plan will be less than paying for a repair or fully replacing a damaged item. So, yes, I totally agree with protecting my purchased items with this peace of mind insurance!

Have had this plan for my computer and my wife's for two years and it has saved us a ton of money. MS windows 10 updates have caused problems a number of times and it has been fixed by the Geek Squad and fixed our TV as well.
