Hard to beat. Like insurance only i pay to Best Buy.

The ‘Marshmello’ design is quite cute. PROS: For the price point, it comes loaded with features that are unmatched - digital screen and settings, bake, broil, fry, a ‘turbo’ tray to cook at express speeds and a silicone baking pan. The controls look like a digital music player - with a ‘menu’ , fwd, rew and play for the main controls. The 8qt basket and tray are both dishwasher safe and easily washable after use. CONS: After 18 months of use, it now turns on automatically when not in use. It seems to be somewhat of a design flaw how the electronics are encased (or, not) in relation to the pan’s venting. Bummed that we are going to have to replace it so quickly. We cannot recommend due to the fact that it has been turning on when not in use, which is an obvious product flaw.

It is great to know that if anything happens I have a two year protection plan to keep my electronics safe. I have used this in the past and Best Buy keeps true to their word.

The Best Buy 24-Month Protection Plan is excellent. It provides comprehensive coverage for accidental damage and extends beyond the manufacturer's warranty. Filing claims is easy, and the customer service is helpful. It gives me peace of mind knowing my purchase is protected.

I have used the plan several times and was quickly serviced each time. If I did bring my computer in an emergency case without an appointment I waited around a while for tech to look at my computer. The tech was very polite and professional. Protection plan well worth the money.

Very disappointing experience with Best Buy and Geek Squad. I purchased a laptop on Black Friday, and within a short time it developed a defective touchscreen and serious performance issues. Geek Squad confirmed the device was defective and approved it for replacement. However, when I went to the store, the process took over two hours because the agent did not know how to handle the situation and had to call multiple people for help. In the end, instead of replacing the defective laptop, I was given store credit for the discounted price I originally paid. When I tried to get the same laptop again, I was told I would have to pay the price difference because the current price is much higher. This makes no sense—if a product fails under warranty and is approved for replacement, the customer should not have to pay extra just because the original purchase was on sale. I escalated the issue to corporate, and they simply repeated the policy without offering a fair solution. Overall, this experience shows poor customer service, lack of training, and a warranty process that does not actually protect the customer. I expected much better from Best Buy
