    Best Buy Protection is the best. I don’t always understand what is going on with some program or such and they are so good at fixing things, explaining stuff, and getting me back working again

    Best protection plan there is out there I have an appointment this week to get my son and controller to replace the one that was just broken. They made it easy for me get the information I needed to know what it takes to replace my item with no hassle

    Monthly protection os great! All my gear is protected for just about anything. Breaks, defective, dissatisfaction. I am satisfied, but the piece of mind is worth the extra cost. Avoiding expenses later down the road potentially! Plus IT help!

    This air fryer is great,and is used heavily by our entire office on a daily basis. However, because of that frequent use, the touch pad indicators have faded out completely to the point that we can't reset the temp or time. It starts up at 400 degrees for 18 minutes. As long as you're paying attention, it's not an issue. Otherwise everything will burn. Kinda of a bummer if you want to change any settings

    So without the protection plan, we would have been stuck with a bad phone. But it was covered and we got full value plus taxes back in store credit, minus a $99 fee of something, think it was like a deductible or something.

    Definitely a great buy! It has come in handy many times (even though I thought I wouldn’t need it). If you have the opportunity to purchase, I would recommend doing it!
