I am always happy with the Best Buy Total Tech membership. I have had items installed, needed the Geek Squad to come out for issues on my TV's. The Total Tech membership is well worth the payment each year.

Love having the protection in place, hope we never need it but nice to have the peace of mind.

Surprisingly comfortable, even moreso than their regular sized controllers. I prefer the standard size analog sticks and buttons on this model compared to the Joy cons. I still think the Official Pro Controllers are the better controller, but for the cost of the controller I have no complaints on its function. I would have liked this to have rumble, or at least some weights to it since it feels incredibly light compared to standard fare today, but it's acceptable.

Best Buys Monthly protection was very helpful when our Refrigerator Ice maker was not working. Called Best Buy and they someone out right away a couple of days later. The tech removed the old one after checking to see if it was defected and replaced it with a new one.

We have had this for years. It used to be much better. You got a lot more benefits, now I’m not really sure if the cost is worth the value of what you get.

Definitely the best products , service and warranty . I would not buy in any other places if product is available in Best Buy.

For those of us that are not tech savvy this is a great product for a reasonable cost. The techs are knowledgeable and answer questions without being to technical.

Best buy protection is excellent for fast, courteous service and peace of mind. It will pay for itself with one service call or trip to the service center. It's good to know that if you have a problem you can get it taken care of instantly. Highly recommended!

If you plan to buy apple products, it is a good idea to get BestBuy Total and get the apple care+ for free. If you need to purchase for your business or personal reasons, this is a no brainer. I have this plan for many months and served me well.
