My two computers were hacked into. It took several trips to Best Buy to get the computers cleaned. If I had had to pay by the hour, I'd be broke. Buying Best Buy protection was the smartest purchase I've made in a long time. Trying to schedule an appointment with the Geek Squad can be problematic.

Total tech is worth it with extended 60-day returns and 2 years of coverage.

This is best to invest in! Receive free shipping, set up with whatever you buy..came and set up my printer, and TV will continue to keep receiving. If there is a problem call them and they will try and help over phone if not they will come and fix or you can take in to store.

Excellent Service would definitely recommend Geek Squad

Bought a new TV and had to dispose of the old one. The charge to deliver the new TV and connect it was $149.00 and the fee for removal of the old set was $30.00, a total of $179.00. For a few dollars more I got a year of free repair service calls and 24 hr service. Seemed a senseable deal to me and the squad is available for advice.

This is a great gift. My husband can now use our Samsung TV as an Xbox with this controller. Love the color options as well.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE PROTECTION PLAN. I have multiple products under my protection plan. I have used the protection and the service was incredible. The people are nice and knowledgeable. I usually do not buy protection plans. However, this is well worth it.
