Totally worth becoming a member for Best Buy Total Member! Replaced my vacuum with no problem. All the products I purchase at Best Buy are instantly covered. Appliances, Car Audio, Apple products and Care, everything. Well worth it!

Unfortunately i have had things happen to several of my items bought at Best Buy. Life, kids, at times things just happen. Thankfully i had my protection plan in place. Best Buy has always been good with honoring it and replacing my item. So glad i had it in place!

Always buy these. Products today are too expensive and are made with subpar materials. I break my computer mouse at least once a quarter. I’d have spent well over $1000 a year without this.

The price seems high but if you know your products and the likely hood of them not lasting 24 to 48 months it's worth it. For example kids and controls, ear buds especially wired... They g generally dont last two years so you can get some worth out of it. (Keep in mind you have to go in store)

I have kids who are rough on electronics and this program has saved me a bundle on lots of repairs. Anything from water damage to drops to it just stopped working. And if they can't fix it, they'll give you a replacement or a Best Buy card for what you paid for it, so you can find something similar to replace it with.

Our protection plan has been very useful over the past years. Besides replacing gaming controllers that went bad, we had a mini-fridge go bad after only a few months. Easy to replace in the store thanks to the protection plan.
