I love love love this! I have 2 kids so knowing that my investment is protected is critical! Plus it’s nice having an extended return window to try something out.

I like having protection on the things I buy. A lot of products are made with a life expectancy that I find dismaying. I don't like buying something and it breaks down just after I buy it. I hate feeling screwed. And I hate it worse when it costs me.

Has saved my butt a couple times. Mainly with Xbox controllers. Had a couple just stop working one way or another and I was able to take the controller in and just swap it out.

Geek squad was very knowledgeable to get my computer programmed and was able to a walk in without hessitation. The staff at best buy store was very receptive and understood my needs for a computer and accessories

I am a Total Tech membyand this service is provided with my membership. Fortunately I cannot recall ever having to use it but if I did, the service was better than I can remember. Lol

My laptop went off one day and never came on again. Then i took it to tech support at my local Best Buy and within a few days my laptops was working fine. And they cleaned up any viruses i may have had! So i say Kudos to the GeekSquad!!!

I bought the protection for screen savers. I walked in, was serviced immediately and customer service was outstanding.

I purchased this without any incentive and bought with my own money. I love having extra protection when it comes to computers it is worth the on crap moment.
