I pay the annual membership and it’s the best thing we’ve done covers all electronics purchased for 2 years

I bought this for the free protection and installation of my new BB washer and dryer. It is great because it includes total tech for all of the electronics in my house. So far Total Tech has helped me with two of my girls computers. I highly recommend.

Takes me back to my days at home playing GameCube. I wish they would've had all 3 prime games together like they did for the Wii, but I'm ok with this. Please remaster the other 2 prime games, maybe even the SNES and Gameboy ones as well.

I would never go without the 24-month Best Buy protection plan which comes with the Total Tech protection Plan. It is an excellent product Best Buy affords its customers at a reasonable price.. B

If you're a BB consumer, tech support is a no brainer just for the coverage alone. The additional discounts are a tremendous bonus. I recently purchased a 2023 samsung tv with a $3000 discount, not to mention further discounts throughout the year.

This is the best protection plan, I have it for all my purchases.

Please make sure to get it. I would not go without this for any of my purchases moving forward. So far it’s definitely been useful and needed on a few of my purchases. My robot vacuum broke from over a year ago and then my sons laptop crashed. I would have been out of a thousand dollars if I didn’t have the coverage.

As someone that is near a Best Buy Outlet, you can buy all your items as open-box without worry and a substantial savings. I saved thousands after upgrading my kitchen.

I think that this product protection is the best thing you can do to secure your money in case anything goes as you don't expect. It is a help that costs a little money but is worth it.

Some might consider this purchase a little pricy, but it worked out great for my situation. Best Buy delivered 4 different items, set up the 65" Samsung TV, set up the Samsung 3.1 Sound Bar and transferred data from two computers (an Apple and a HP) for the one price. A great deal in less than one month of use!

Up to 2 years of protection is a reassurance that the product will be working, repaired, or replaced.

It is so nice to have someone available to help with a 2 am question. And someone who knows what they are talking about. It is well worth the investment for the piece of mind, and not having to carry it to the local shop as I am 80 and have a little trouble getting things to the car. Thank
