what can i say there is a reason I'm a total tech member and it's the saving-service-protection it provides me on all my purchases along with a 60-day return window that's unmatched by anyone else.

So far the Total Protection and free delivery and set up of the TotalTech package has been great. I had a washing machine that had problems and Best Buy took the item back without question about 40 days after purchase. They did a great job of delivery and set up of several items.
