This purchase was weel worth the price. They went out of their way to upload some old games from a computer using an ancient windows operating system. They also were available to answer additional questions. If you need to download information from another computer this is the way to go.

Great investment if you own a lot electronics as it covers everything. I built a computer from scratch had a simple issue and the took care of it on the spot. Best part is if you buy all the parts geek squad will build a PC for you.

Thankfully have not had to use to its fullest because of decent products. But they have been there when needed to fix a dieing computer and answer tech questions when needed.

I haven’t used it yet, but i will review because it’s a good system that Best Buy is pushing to its consumers. I left Best Buy alone for a few years after they got rid of the whole point system.

Amazing headset!! I got this for a gift to someone else and it works great! This fits very good and has good coushioning for the ears and head. Mic makes very good sound quality and it was a great purchase overall!

Love the protection plan, this plan- Best Buy Total is def a must keep for any Apple products and it is easy for support if they’re are problems with any apply products because Apple care is included

Fit this 2 year extra protection deal when we bought our refrigerator . Thank goodness we haven’t needed to use it yet but knowing we have extra coverage from Best Buy is peace of mind.

I've had to use this protection a couple of times. It's great when BestBuy has your purchase in system and you bring it in to the GeekSquad. Last time it was a keyboard that went bad after 2 years. They just gave me a refund. No hassle.
