Best thing i can say i have bought from best buy. If you buy alot get it the 24 months covers all of your purchases.

Just Get Geek Squad! You won't regret it. I travel a lot, and they are always available via chat or on the phone to help with everything (except hardware issues). But whenever I have a hardware issue they graciously fix it. They also set up a new laptop for me that I purchased online. I've saved thousands of dollars over the 11+ years I've had Geek Squad protection!

*/-+I am subscribed for the best buy total service. I recently took my smart robo vacuum because the battery was not holding a charge after 23 months. They sent it for repair, and then called me said they will refund me 100% of what i paid for it. Amazing. I did ask fi I can exchange for same one but the store manager said no it has to be a refund. it is unfortunate because when I bought it was on sale and its $200 more today! but overall I am happy I got my money back and will buy a different model all together. I will make sure I buy from BB over anywhere else just so its covered. I also bought 4 airpods for my family and all came with apple care because I have this! I just also bought a $2,400 apple macbook pro, apple wanted $250-350 for apple care but it is included in this service. needless to say I just renewed it. It is also nice when you log in BB you see all the items you bought and are covered. 636*

Words can't described how excited I am to finally have it ported up to the switch. This is a blast from my childhood and still one of the best in the Final Fantasy franchise. Had it on every system available but graphics were subpar. This looks fully updated with unique cutscenes like the psp version.

Ive been a member for years now and i plan on continuing being a member for best buy has always been very good to me and to this day ive been recommending my friends and family to become a best buy member and my friends and family did verify that they were very pleased as well so i know its not just me that best buy is treating me with top service.

Peace of mind. For the tech ical issue illiterate consumer. Always for confidence in deciding purchases on that you'd otherwise not get due to imminent and potential device troubshooting understanding or any other reason.

100% recommend if you purchase multiple products from Best Buy. It has absolutely paid for itself for me. Additionally, the way that Best Buy takes care of exchanges, returns, and replacements for products is great. There is nothing like being able to go to a brick and mortar to get a replacement vs waiting for shipping back and forth, waiting for returns to be processed etc.. Just know that the coverage for any product is 24 months going into it and decide if that is reasonable. Outside of that it is worth it.

I have had to use my warranty 2 times. They were on my Dyson vacuum and a bad Arris router. Brought them to the store for easy exchange.

I always try to get a protection plan for my products. I believe it is worth every penny if ever needed. It's kinda like getting car insurance..................just in case.

I’ve recently began purchasing at best buy for computer for my gaming son, laptop for my college freshman niece, and misc things I need for school and work… the value I get in all my items is really surprising! Things are so expensive but here I feel the value and warranties cannot be beat. I won’t purchase electronics anywhere else.
