I love the idea that if I break something I can use this protection and get it without having to pay full price. The price of this membership is so worth it

I buy my cell phones from Best Buy ! With total tech you can forgo the cell provider insurance! I save like $50-$70 bucks on my cell phone bill!

It ended up being cheaper to get the membership than to buy individual protection plans, especially since we purchased all new appliances, a TV, stereo, speakers, and a whole home system. The protection is free with the membership, and even though we haven’t used it yet, it gives us a lot of peace of mind. Knowing Best Buy will repair or replace covered issues with no out-of-pocket costs makes it totally worth it.

I like the 24 month warranty. If something is going to have issues, it should be within the 1st couple of years I would think.

Of you buy electronics. This is the best value period. Warranty on everything no matter the cost. They put together and tuned my pc at no extra charge. This is literally the best value from a membership I've ever had.

Well, we buy almost all of our electronics from Best Buy. This protection plan covers everything electronics wise for almost any reason. I have only needed to use it a few times, but trust me, it has been wort it.

Whenever I have needed either online or in shop help, the service people have been accommodating with my schedule and very efficient in performing diagnostic testing and focusing on the solution. On one occasion they hung in with me for over an hour!

Best Buy is the only company that offers a straight forward extended warranty plan or whatever you want to call it these days. Usually manufacturers tell you to call the place where you bought your item from, then the place you bought your item at tells you to call the manufacturer ultimately sending you in endless circles with the hopes of you giving up and eating the cost of the defective item. Luckily I’ve had the greatest experience with Best Buy and would highly recommend this service to everyone. They’ve taken care of all my problems for many years now from a TV that had a line appear down the screen out of nowhere to a router that stopped working, a faulty computer, and Dyson vacuum that had a faulty part. It’s the only company I feel comfortable with buying a service plan. Knock on wood that they don’t ever change and keep up this good business.

Love the warranties, main reason i use best buy cause they are usually hassle free with them

On all major purchases, I have always purchased the Protection Plan as the response to repair or replace items has always been supported with easy process.

Have had this coverage for a couple of years and it’s worth it - Best Buy has come through both times I had an issue - full replacement and friendly fast service - Best Buy should get into insurance for other areas too like health, cars and homes - if they took care of their customers the way they do now there’s no stopping them :-)
