So far I've had no problems in using the MicroSoft programs on my MacBook Pro. This will be a big help sending files for others to work on with PCs.

The TV motherboard gave up the ghost, BUT, after trying to fix the problem, and not being able to do so, they brought me a NEW TV! Great Warranty!

I purchased the Sound core Q 20i over the ear noise canceling headphones. I did not use them yet. so I will update my post. Reviews & my research show Sound core to have good products. However, they say this model does not have great music quality esp in the below frequencies. But these are not a high end headphones. So you get what you pay for.customer service said the two more expensive ones are probably better if you live near construction noise. They do pair with blue tooth devices. So I could listen to my smart tv with them. Do not know if they will be hearty enough to cancel construction noise as there was a break in construction. Noise canceling headphones also have a 'hum' in the back ground. I don't know that I would like that.Unsure if I would recommend this product until I use it fro some time.

This is a really good offer, if I never had protection for my items, I wouldn’t still have a lot of the tech I do.

Protection is worth the money on electronic devices. I had issues with my AirPods Pro max after upgrading to iPhone 15 pro max and the geek squad was able to help with the issues

The Geek Squad suggested I update to the new Beta program and it was the best suggestion. I needed quite a bit of work done in repairs and installation on my new laptop. It covered basically everything, with the exception of having to purchase a new hard drive for my old laptop. Fantastic!

I'm a long time Best buy customer and I always buy protection for the items I buy because they come in handy should I need replacement in a short/long term.

I love having the protection best buy provides. Thats why I buy all my electronics from them.

Worth the investment in total tech membership! I love this feature if Total Tech! But don’t let the coverage lapse or all your extra Warrantee’s are void I think that should be disclosed more clearly!

I generally do buy the protection plans and anytime I’ve had an issue Best Buy has stood by that plan.

Paying the relatively small price to protect your expensive electronics purchase seems a no-brainer. I hope we do not need to use the extra protection, but we have in the past. Much easier to get a replacement than dealing with AppleCare, BTW.
