Having Total Tech and getting the protection gives me peace of mind knowing Bestbuy (BB) will assist should anything happen. Was skeptical at 1st of wether i would use it but i have and the pricess was fast and easy. Swapped an iPad for a laptop with no issue and still got coverage on the laptop when trading the iPad in for it.

I bought it as a gift for my boy who always has his controller just askew everywhere and now they just sit neatly in the dock on his desk. Also love the orientation of the dock because they don’t make the controllers opposite facing which makes it awkward for most desk setups
