I’ve been shopping at Best Buy and using Geek Squad protection for years, many many years. I won’t buy anything without it.

The Geek squad employees are always very helpful and courteous. I have had no complaints when using the service . I had an issue with my galaxy buds live and it was great to just get a new pair.

Works great. My son uses it on his Nintendo switch.

This is an excellent plan. Sometimes I have issues with my computer, I take it in to the store and they repair it in no time. I highly recommend this service

Been a Best Buy customer once they opened and always purchased a protection plan and now a Total Tech member. Would not purchase electronics without the added protection and it has never failed me.

Very tech savvy? If possible invest in total tech its a one time fee for 24 months and covers all purchases made at bb even those out of store and you get free same day shipping they even offer discounted rates on certain products. It is so worth it. I love Best Buy.

Convenient to have everything automatically covered with Totaltech. Don’t have to worry about remembering to purchase protection plans for anything.

Best Buy 24 Month protection plans have worked well for me in the past. It's fairly simple to use if needed and it provides a number of useful services if required.

Customer service was great product was great. Had to return due to financial situations.

How can you NOT LOVE extended warranty or protection on purchases ? CRAZY that someone could rate the service poorly unless an attempt to use was unsuccessful. I am happy knowing it is there

I purchased Best Buy Protection for my MacBook and have used it on other products, too. It seems to be a good deal if you purchase a lot from Best Buy. So far, the service I've received seems to be good.
