Microwave seems fine. But the controls are a bit confusing to work with. Also opening the door is inconvenient if there is another appliance or a cabinet to the right of the microwave.

As a Best Buy member they offer great warranties and rarely miss a beat. It’s why I buy from them all the time.

Best Buy's protection plan is top notch. I have used it on my treadmill as well as my smart watch. I have never had a problem with them taking care of my items.

I'm assuming that this is the new "Total Tech" program. It covers pretty much everything that I think I'll need it for. The previous program had been used several times and it was always handled efficiently and professionally.

If you are looking yo get a warranty for your stuff the best buy warranty is the best.
